As a result, item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. iBox UK Ltd reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason. iBox UK Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item and refund the purchase price for the undelivered items. CREDIT CARDS

iBox UK Ltd accepts all major credit cards, and there is no subcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number as recorded with your credit card issuing bank. We will ship to an alternate address only if the billing address is on file with your credit card issuing bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order.

All orders are charged to the credit card you indicate at the time of your purchase. Although 90% of all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase, you will also be charged for items on backorder. iBox UK Ltd carries over 500 products and there is always a possibility that an item you requested is not in stock at the time you make your purchase. In order to track availability of purchased products, place orders, and expedite the processing of your order in general, your order must be fully paid at the time you place it.

ORDER CANCELLATION  

Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be cancelled. If the item is not in stock the order may be cancelled within seven days from the date of purchase at the request of the client by calling 01252 316119 or by sending an email to sales@iboxav.co.uk. Charge backs from credit card issuing banks are subject to the above policies.

BACKORDERS  

iBox UK Ltd will accept orders for out of stock items. If an item in your order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A backorder may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. In stock items cannot be cancelled after order completion.

RETURN POLICY  

All returns are subject to approval after contacting the iBox UK Ltd Customer Service department at 01252 316119 or by emailing us at sales@iboxav.co.uk. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our customer service will send you instructions on where and how to return your purchase for a refund of its purchase price. Please note that returns that do not include a Return Authorization Number on the Address Label, will be refused. Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. Defective items will be exchanged for the same items. Defective returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING OR INVOICES UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGING MAY BE REFUSED OR RETURNED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE RETURN POSTAGE COST.

All our products are sold with our 30-day guarantee against defects. Defective merchandise will be replaced at our discretion. There are NO RETURNS on Software.

All non-defective, unopened returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

All returns are subject to the following:

Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped insured, as iBox UK Ltd assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.

All products must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging.

SHIPPING POLICY  

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all items in your order. The shipping cost charged at the time of purchase represents an estimate using standard UK mainland carriage fees, we do not ship outside UK mainland. Requests for Express Mail Service or special handling will be billed separately based on published rates plus a small shipping and handling fee.

If a backordered item is cancelled, iBox UK Ltd will refund the difference in shipping charges from the items shipped and the freight charged.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

An additional charge of £5.00 will be charged to your credit card for any refused or returned (as "undeliverable") shipment.

Choosing Overnight or 2-Day Delivery does not mean your order will be delivered 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order. Selecting either of these shipping options simply means that you will receive your order 1-2 days after your order has been verified and processed by our Order Processing Department. Every effort is made to process all orders within 24 hours after receiving an order, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed. iBox UK Ltd reserves the right to ship packages "best way" according to the shipper's delivery schedules.

Note: Please keep in mind that our distribution centers do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays.

SALES TAX  

iBox UK Ltd only charges sales tax on shipments to United Kingdom. You, the customer, are responsible for any and all unpaid sales taxes.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS  

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, iBox UK Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification. iBox UK Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, iBox UK Ltd shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
